BUDGET LAUNCH

Budget Launch Package: $150

Best for those with a finished and edited novel prepping for a launch (or close to it). Please contact no less than 2 months in advance of your launch date (even if that date is tentative). This will give us enough time to create a launch plan that works for you and your book.

What it includes:

  • Launch plan strategy.
  • Curating a targeted keyword list for your amazon ads.
  • Cover reveal.
  • Help finding ARC reviewers.
  • Designing graphics for all of your ads, banners and teasers.
  • Someone to contact and book promo sites for you. (Or to figure out what you’ll need for each promo site if you’d prefer.)

You must provide your own budget for all giveaway prizes, promo sites, etc.

THE NAGGER

The Nagger Package: $100

This package works best for those who are working on their story idea and need help staying on track to their release. Do you need a coach? Someone to check in and bug you every couple of days to make sure you’re still on track? Then this is the package for you. Please contact no less than 3 months (4-5 months preferred) in advance of your launch date (even if that date is tentative). How many months will be dependant on how fast of a writer and editor you are.

What it includes:

  • A book plan from your outline to your finished product.
  • Someone to keep you accountable on a daily to weekly basis (whatever works best for you).
  • Team organizer: keeping both you, me, your cover designer and editor(s) on schedule.
  • Launch plan strategy.

All execution of the launch plan will be up to the author. This package is solely for those who want accountability and a firm schedule to keep them on track through the writing and launch process.

INDIE LAUNCH

Launch Plan Package: $500

Best for those with a finished and edited novel prepping for a launch. Please contact 3 months (no less than 2 months) in advance of your launch date (even if that date is tentative). This will give us enough time to create a launch plan that works for you and your book.

What it includes:

  • Launch plan strategy.
  • Help creating and maintaining Amazon and Facebook Ads.
  • Access to Bookbub ads.
  • Cover reveal.
  • Help finding ARC reviewers.
  • Advice on your blurb/cover/ad copy.
  • Designing graphics for all of your ads, banners and teasers.
  • Newsletter building giveaway.
  • Someone to contact and book promo sites for you. (Or to figure out what you’ll need for each promo site if you’d prefer.)
  • Facebook call/Skype call strategy sessions. (up to one hour)
  • For a limited time: Includes access to one listing on Netgalley. 

You must provide your own budget for all giveaway prizes, promo sites, etc.

THE COACH

The Coach Package: $800

This package works best for those who are working on their story idea and need help staying on track to their release. Do you need a coach? Someone to check in and bug you every couple of days to make sure you’re still on track? Then this is the package for you. Please contact no less than 3 months (4-5 months preferred) in advance of your launch date (even if that date is tentative). How many months will be dependant on how fast of a writer and editor you are. This will give us enough time for you to not only write and edit your book, but to get your book formatted, your cover done, and for me to create a launch plan that works for you and your book.

What it includes:

  • A book plan from your outline to your finished product.
  • Someone to keep you accountable on a daily to weekly basis (whatever works best for you).
  • Team organizer: keeping both you, me, your cover designer and editor(s) on schedule.
  • Launch plan strategy.

A LA CARTE SERVICES

If interested in any of the services below, please contact as soon as possible to book as my schedule fills up fast. If you are in need of rush services (anytime before 10 days in advance), a rush service fee may apply.

  • Virtual Assistant: $20/hour
  • Social Media Care: $15 per day per account or $50 per week per account
  • Cover Reveal: $35
  • Access to Bookbub Ads: $15 + the budget for your ad
  • Contacting 20 book bloggers/potential ARC reviewers: $30
  • Contacting 50 book bloggers/potential ARC reviewers: $50

**If you simply need a virtual assistant for various tasks, I can do all of the above (and more) on a by the hour payment schedule. I will keep a shared google doc for both of us to keep track of my hours, and will invoice you at the end of each week. For more details, please contact me.**

HOW IT WORKS

I am currently accepting new clients. Once my schedule fills up, there will be a note at the top of the page saying so. If spaces are filled, please check back regularly to see when I might have an opening come up. If you’re looking to book in advance, please contact me by email or the contact page of my website.

Once we have agreed upon a start date and a launch date for your book, I will send you a confidentiality agreement that both parties (you and I) must sign before we begin. This is for your own peace of mind incase you choose to provide any of your account names/passwords, or any other information that could be deemed sensitive.

I require the full balance of your package before the start date. Payment plans are available. All billing will be done through invoicing on my Paypal business account.
